days to Riverside Night Market — and every task knows it.
What you get
Built by an Alberta event organizer who got tired of spreadsheets, group chats and forgotten permits. Eventbrite sells tickets. Cvent runs corporate conferences. Tools like monday.com and Trello give you a blank board to fill in yourself. EventCenter already knows what an event needs, so your plan is ready on day one. See how they compare.
Describe your event — type, venue, attendance, booths — and get a full to-do list with realistic due dates. Change the event later and the list updates itself.
Add coordinators and volunteers by email. Everyone sees the same board, works their own tasks, and nothing lives in one person's inbox.
Group events into programs — a summer market series, an annual fundraiser — and keep the history in one place instead of starting from scratch.
A look inside
Not a blank page. It’s an event planning checklist made for your event: answer a few questions and this is waiting for you — tasks written, dates set, nothing forgotten.
How it works
Name, date, venue, what kind of event it is, and what it involves — vendor booths, insurance, sponsors, volunteers.
A task board and calendar appear, pre-filled with everything that needs doing and when, worked back from your event date.
Add your people by email, assign tasks, and watch the board move from To Do to Done as event day approaches.
Pricing
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card to start, but you pay nothing until day 15, and you can cancel anytime before then.

Your vendor and sponsor contacts stay saved, and you can bring in last year's task list or budget from a spreadsheet, so you never start from zero.
No. Bring your old spreadsheets with you. Save your Excel task list or budget as a CSV file, then click Import CSV in EventCenter. Your tasks and budget lines come straight in, and you keep building from there.
